2025 Global Learning Journey, Starting from the United States——
Buffett once said, "To become the best person, one must learn from the best people
Recently, the "2025 American Study Tour: Technology, Innovation, and Global Investment" launched by Huazhi International has officially begun. Especially during the Buffett shareholder meeting segment of the itinerary, it attracted numerous entrepreneurs and corporate executives to participate. Huazhi International has always been committed to providing high-end learning and exchange platforms for entrepreneurs. This study tour event is carefully planned and the itinerary is solid and rich.
After arriving in Omaha on the first day, the students not only visited local characteristic buildings and attractions, checked in at Buffett's residence and office building, but also visited the Jocelyn Art Museum to experience American culture and architectural art.
On May 3rd, the highly anticipated 2025 Buffett shareholder meeting was officially held, which undoubtedly became the core highlight of this study tour. At the age of 95, Buffett gave a speech on the annual theme of "Friends of Time". The absence of his close friend Munger allowed him to present a marathon style Q&A session lasting up to 5 hours in solo form for the first time.
Buffett shared his unique insights on global economic changes, the wave of artificial intelligence, and humanized investment during the Q&A. He mentioned that in the current era of increasing global economic uncertainty, investors should remain rational and patient, seeking investment targets with long-term value. For artificial intelligence, he not only affirmed its enormous development potential, but also reminded people to pay attention to potential risks.
On site, the students were fully focused and attentively listened to Buffett's every point of view. This shareholder meeting allowed the students to experience Buffett's wisdom and charm up close, providing valuable reference for their investment and business decisions.
After the conference ended that day, we also arranged for the students to have dinner at Buffett's favorite steakhouse and experience the daily life of the "stock god" up close.
After leaving Omaha, we led the students to San Francisco and Silicon Valley. At Stanford University, I immersed myself in a strong academic atmosphere and listened to multiple exciting courses. Through these courses, students have gained a deep understanding of the application and development trends of artificial intelligence in the business field, and learned how to optimize company management in the wave of technological change and adapt to the trends of the times.
Subsequently, we visited major globally renowned technology companies in Silicon Valley, where at Google, students learned about their technological innovation and business models, and experienced the power of data-driven innovation; At Microsoft, we focus on the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies; At the Apple Park Visitor Center, check in at the Apple spaceship building designed by Steve Jobs and experience Apple's technological philosophy and corporate culture.
In addition, at Plug and Play, students embarked on a unique learning journey. Dr. Tom Zhang, a talent expert from Silicon Valley, brought a presentation on "Innovative Models of Talent Cultivation and Management in American High Tech Enterprises". Dr. Tom Zhang conducted an in-depth analysis of the unique strategies employed by American high-tech companies to attract top talent, ranging from highly competitive compensation and benefits systems to tailored career development plans, which opened the eyes of the students. Finally, we had in-depth discussions with Silicon Valley venture capitalists, Nvidia executives, and others to explore the future trends of technology and investment in Silicon Valley.
In addition to the visit, we also led the students to check in at San Francisco's unique attractions: strolling along the Golden Gate Bridge, experiencing the grandeur and magnificence of this iconic building, and enjoying the vast sea view of the Pacific Ocean. At Fisherman's Wharf, taste delicious seafood and experience San Francisco's unique seaside culture. Entering the San Francisco Art Palace, students feel as if they have traveled through time and immersed themselves in the atmosphere of art and history.
On the last day of the trip, we crossed one of the most beautiful highways in the world - the 17 mile coastline. The winding coastline was breathtaking with magnificent sea views and unique rock formations, showcasing rare flora and fauna and luxurious seaside residences. Afterwards, we arrived in the town of Carmel, where the bohemian atmosphere is rich, with galleries, European architecture, and white sandy beaches intertwined to create a fairy tale feel. Strolling through it, appreciating art works, savoring specialty cuisine, picking souvenirs, and fully enjoying the rich artistic atmosphere and comfortable life of American countryside.
This study tour organized by Huazhi International in the United States will closely integrate learning with practice, allowing students to broaden their horizons through exchanges with top industry figures and gain experience through on-site visits. I believe that the students participating in this study tour will have a new understanding of investment, technology, and business, and will apply their knowledge to practical work in the future to promote innovation and development of enterprises.
Huazhi International looks forward to traveling with you next time!
