On April 12, 2025, the spring breeze of the Bund in Shanghai was accompanied by vibrant vitality, and the cheers and stars shone brightly inside the Huazhi International Headquarters building. On this day, Huazhi International held a grand celebration of its 20th anniversary with the theme of "20 positive fires, moving forward bravely". Colleagues from various branches at home and abroad gathered in Shanghai for a ceremonial and warm gathering to review the 20-year struggle, pay tribute to our original aspirations, and look forward to the future. 

At 9 o'clock in the morning, the celebration kicked off with interactive check-in in the "Time Corridor". Every Chinese person holds a marker and writes blessings on the sign in wall, interweaving the words into a hot confession that is finally frozen in the shape of MICI.

In the center of the hall, the signboard "Chronicle of Chinese International Events" connects the glorious footprints from 2005 to 2025: from the departure of the Guangzhou based Galanz group to the group photo of Chinese family members who moved to Shanghai in 2006; From the establishment of the Japanese branch to the proliferation of global branches; From the first landing of a German study tour group to countries such as Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Israel, a diverse range of options have emerged. Every photo and every piece of text is vividly remembered. 

Employees and family members hold colored pens and paints, while children press colorful palm prints with their small hands and sign flower names on their cuffs. On this anniversary celebration, DIY cultural shirts have become a unique romance for Chinese people.

Global blessings converge, sparks are just burning

At 10am, the main venue's large screen lit up, and the entire event was shared with global partners through live streaming.

Overseas renowned professors such as Japan's top management expert, former chief advisor of Masayoshi Son, Silicon Valley venture capital guru, and Stanford University professor sent their blessings from afar, and dozens of entrepreneur students sent congratulatory messages from around the world. 

Hu Lingping, CEO of Huazhi International, deeply reviewed the company's 20-year development history in her opening speech. She mentioned that twenty years ago, three entrepreneurs started their journey of global exploration for Chinese enterprises with the Galanz inspection and training course as the starting point. Nowadays, Huazhi International has led 300000 entrepreneurs to travel through more than 30 countries, visit over 80 prestigious universities and 600 world-class enterprises, and transform the world's top wisdom into the core code for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese enterprises.

In the face of difficulties, Hu Lingping always emphasizes the resilience and innovation of Chinese people. When cross-border business was suspended in 2020, the company restarted its business through online platforms and workshop courses, cultivating new growth poles and demonstrating the courage to live from the dead. She pointed out that Huazhi International has always adhered to the principle of altruism, focusing, persevering, and constantly breaking through, becoming the preferred partner for Chinese enterprises to study abroad.

At the celebration, the "Wind and Rain Together Award" and the "Glory Companion Award" were announced one after another, paying tribute to the "pioneers" who have worked side by side since the beginning of entrepreneurship, and praising the "umbrella bearers" who have carried the cauldron forward in critical turning points. Each winner holds a Q-version figurine customized in their personal image, paired with blooming flowers, turning glory into tangible emotions.

Liu Saihui and Qiu Xiaoyao, winners of the Wind and Rain Together Award, interpret the belief of "choosing one thing to end one's life" with more than ten years of service. The former choked up and mentioned the "temperature during low times", while the latter joked about the "charm of simple culture". These completely different expressions all point to the spiritual core of the Chinese people's "resilience to break through the situation".

The speeches of co founder Wu Peifang, General Manager of Beijing Branch Liang Jin, Senior Manager of the UK and US Department Zhou Xiaojun, and Key Account Manager Ping Xiangting, who have won the Honor Peer Award, reflect the diverse values of Chinese culture like a prism.

Their stories hide the same set of codes - the sedimentation of long termism, the inheritance of altruism, and the courage to break boundaries and innovate.
