In this world's largest microwave oven factory, engineers can accurately carry out supplier management, quality management, factory management, equipment management, and energy management through the real-time updated digital master control center. On the large screen of the factory, you can see that the operation status and various production data of each production line of the entire factory are clear at a glance, and you can also track the location and steps of each order production in real time, which truly realizes the digitalization of the factory, greatly liberates the labor, improves production efficiency, and reduces production costs.
Subsequently, the students went to the headquarters of Midea to visit the exhibition hall of Midea headquarters to learn about the development process of Midea's intelligence and digitalization, which showed the development history, corporate culture, business philosophy, product technology, industry honors, etc., so that you have a deeper understanding of Midea's innovative products and technologies.

The second stop is Foshan - Jiebei
On the morning of March 10th, the trainees first visited the Foshan Jiebei factory and had in-depth exchanges with the executives of Jiebei on the practical experience of lean manufacturing, went deep into the lean production site, and learned the thinking and methods of lean production mode, so that the students could learn the essence of lean production mode without going abroad.
Foshan Jiebei's 5S and VM (visual management) have reached an in-depth and stable level, which is no less than that of Japan's local lean model enterprises. After the visualization of equipment maintenance and warehouse management is further integrated with digitalization, it has made leaps and bounds, providing feasible ideas for the lean transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises.
