Day1
Arrive in Zurich, Switzerland, for an icebreaker dinner
Through the ice-breaking ceremony of the welcome dinner, everyone made a brief self-introduction, divided into groups and elected a group leader, so that they could get closer to each other and lay a good foundation for team learning in the later stage.

Check in the "backbone of Europe" Jungfrau Jungfraujoch
The next day, I embarked on the journey to Jungfraujoch, the small train runs through the vast snow-capped mountains, and all the beauty around is so unreal, like a paradise, so that everyone who has seen it yearns for it. From the car window, every scene looks like a blockbuster scenery on screen, and the mountains are shrouded in mist, like a fairyland. Morning:Listen to Mr. Wilsdorf, former Vice President of Siemens,talk about "Industrial Innovation and Industrial Agglomeration in German Industry".。 Throughout the course, the participants deeply felt the importance of excellence in innovation and industrial agglomeration in German industry, and learned that Siemens is continuously investing in R&D, which accounts for 8%-10% of total revenue, so as to promote the application and practice of new technologies. This continuous spirit of innovation also enables German industry to remain competitive in the global market and to continue to lead the way in the industry.
Afternoon:The students came to the pencil aristocratic manufacturer- Faber-Cas-Gar,in the process of visiting, everyone felt admiration for its focus and perseverance, as a century-old enterprise that has been operating for 262 years, Faber-Castellar has been inherited for 9 generations, only doing one thing with pencils, and making a big market with small productsTreat the process of making pencils as an art, paying attention to every detail. Their inheritance concept and craftsmanship spirit have caused many students to think: how can Chinese enterprises do only one thing for several generations, one enterprise?
At the same time, they were impressed by their environmental sustainability and social responsibility. They employ sustainable wood sources, focus on reducing their environmental impact, and are committed to supporting and growing their communities. This approach that takes into account both business and environmental responsibility is something to learn from many companies.

Two benchmark manufacturing enterprises visited
Morning: Siemens Nuremberg Plant, a model of digital operations in Germany, transforms traditional factories into intelligent production environments through digitalization and digital twin technology, and optimizes production processes through real-time data analysis, automated control and virtual simulation.After the whole visit, the trainees were shocked by Siemens' use of a factory to achieve automated production of more than 1,000 products, and at the same time admired Siemens' concept of quality and sustainable development, and deeply realized that Chinese enterprises should also strengthen the importance of industrial design, in the era of stock competition, functional design and appearance design need to be taken into account at the same time.
Afternoon:We led the students to theinvisible top enterprise -FESTO, where the staff showed the students a variety of advanced automation solutions and robot technology applications, allowing us to see the cutting-edge technology in the era of Industry 4.0. Festo's biomimetic products and concepts are also very impressive, and they have taken innovative inspiration from nature to develop a variety of bionic robots, such as ant robots, underwater robots, bird robots, etc., to meet the needs of various application scenarios. Morning:Came toBosch, the world's largest auto parts supplier, and listened to the development history of Bosch and the process of intelligent manufacturing from Bosch Vice President and Vice President Asia, especially their concept of technological innovation and investment in science and technology, which impressed everyone deeply, and also made everyone realize the important role of Bosch in promoting technological progress and improving people's quality of life.
Afternoon:Head to anothersmart manufacturing giant, TRUMPF, an industrial machinery and laser technology company known for its innovative technologies and high-quality products. During the visit, we deeply realized that as a company with technological innovation and engineering capabilities as its core, TRUMPF has world-class technology in the field of precision manufacturing such as laser cutting, welding and marking, and they are driven by innovation and continue to increase their R&D investment to maintain their leading position in technology. During the tour, TRUMPF also showed off one of the world's smallest bicycles made by their machines (see photo below), showing how high the precision of their machines can be.
Visit Fraunhofer, Europe's largest institute for applied science research, which promotes the convergence of science and industry by conducting research in the fields of automation, surface technology, image processing, energy technology, biomedical engineering and process engineering.
What's even more surprising is that we learned that Fraunhofer has fully applied OpenAI's relevant capabilities to research and development. This shows that they are on the cutting edge of technology in artificial intelligence and machine learning and applying it to solve real-world scientific and engineering problems.
The visit gave the participants a deep understanding of Fraunhofer's innovative spirit as a research institute and keen insight into new technologies. They combine advanced AI technology with their domain expertise to provide more efficient and intelligent solutions to the industry.
Afterwards, everyone went to the Mercedes-Benz Museum to experience the legendary story of the century-old brand, and many precious car relics and historical moments were displayed in the exhibition hall. During the ten-day intensive trip, the traineessaw the inheritance and development of a century-old enterprise, understood the key core of intelligent manufacturing, and were shocked by the measures of German companies to invest 8%-12% of their total revenue in technology research and development, and were impressed by their care for employees' lives and attention to talent training. All of them said that the trip was worthwhile, and they had a deeper understanding of the operation of their own enterprises in the later stage, hoping to bring the inheritance experience of German enterprises back to China to take root.
