On April 15th, the 21st anniversary celebration of Huazhi International, themed "Galloping Forward for 21 Years, Embarking on a New Journey," was held as scheduled. Simultaneous online connections were made with Beijing, Shanghai, and other locations to celebrate the event, connecting the hearts of every Huazhi employee with warmth and emotion.

01. Celebrating 21 Years Online and Offline

With the host's opening remarks, the entire audience reviewed the 21-year journey of Huazhi International, from its inception in 2005, starting with overseas study tours for entrepreneurs, to its gradual growth into an industry leader.

The Shanghai team interacted live with online partners in Beijing and other regions, counting down together to celebrate the 21st anniversary. Under the watchful eyes of everyone, founder Helen cut the anniversary cake, a symbol of sweetness and hope, followed by a group photo capturing the heartwarming moment.


02. Strategic Upgrade, Anchoring Three Major Directions
In her address, Huazhi CEO Helen officially announced the company's strategic upgrade: Huazhi International will transform from a traditional study abroad company into a "global enterprise growth service platform".

Over the next five years, Huazhi International will focus on these three things:
First, we are upgrading our core business, moving beyond simply being a study tour organizer to becoming a solutions provider offering industry insights, global resource connections, and support for overseas expansion.
Second, we will create a second growth curve and act as a two-way bridge, helping overseas companies come to China to learn from China's experience and also assisting Chinese companies to go global.
Third, we will fully embrace AI and use artificial intelligence technology to upgrade marketing, operations, content production, and knowledge management, taking the lead in achieving intelligentization in the industry.
Helen said that Huazhi International's mission has always been "to let China learn from the world, and to let the world learn from China," and at 21, it's the perfect time to set off again with renewed vigor.
03. Growth and Inspiration: Employee Representatives Share Their Heartfelt Stories

During the anniversary celebration, we also heard some truly moving stories. In the employee representative speech session, Vicky from management, Zuri from long-term employees, and Carol from new employees shared their experiences working alongside Huazhi. Three people, three different lengths of service, three different perspectives, together they showcased the dedication, meticulousness, and mutual support that characterizes Huazhi employees.
04. Team Mobilization and the Launch of the Second Growth Curve
Faced with profound market changes, Helen put forward three action requirements for all employees: strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, uphold customer value, and encourage proactive growth from all staff.

She also announced the launch of To C business and online Chinese studies courses overseas in the second quarter, aiming to drive traffic from overseas to select offline projects in China and open up a second growth curve.

She called on team members to approach new businesses with an entrepreneurial mindset, to continue interdisciplinary reading, to make good use of AI tools to improve their high-dimensional thinking abilities, to cope with changes with growth, and to embrace the future with professionalism.
