Japan - the birthplace of lean production, Japanese management is popular all over the world!




Japan's history and natural environment have created a unique sense of forbearance, obedience, and a very strong sense of collectivity, and these cultures have also deeply influenced Japan's manufacturing culture.


We often like to evaluate Japan's craftsman spirit, but we don't know that the craftsman spirit is a good embodiment of a country's industrial development, and at the same time, we do not forget to boldly innovate and design our own characteristics, which is also one of the reasons why Japan's industry is so developed.





Lean construction is an extension of lean production, lean production is a mobile product and fixed people to produce, construction is a fixed product, mobile personnel to produce.


In this study tour, we led the chief engineer and vice president of production of Zhongqing Group to Japan to start lean construction learning, and successively visited a number of well-known construction enterprises for in-depth exchanges and learning.

During the trip, we successively led the customer to visit the lean management factory of Jincheng Rubber Civil Engineering Branch, a well-known Japanese enterprise, and got in close contact with "0" waste; Visited the "0" energy-consumption building of Tokiwa Industrial Headquarters, a century-old enterprise, and observed the construction of lean projects; Went to OPEN HOUSE, a very large real estate company in Japan, to exchange advanced lean management concepts ......




From pre-planning, construction drawing design, prefabricated component production and processing, on-site installation to post-operation and maintenance, lean construction ability has been realized in the whole process and all aspects, eliminating all kinds of waste and rework. At the same time, I visited the famous construction site and felt the master-level design and the subtlety of Japanese architecture.




Meticulous and exquisite design, well-organized construction site, standardized lean operation, ubiquitous construction details, simple and efficient process organization, strong planning ability and firmly rooted in the heart of the lean concept are admirable. The students conscientiously study, bring back the 6S spirit, SDGs measures, KY safety management and other advanced methodologies, and strive to be practical in China.

During the trip, we also invited the well-known architect and engineer of Japanese construction enterprises - Miura Yoshiyoshi to give a lecture. He introduced the status quo of the Japanese construction industry from the two themes of "Intelligent construction and intelligent equipment application" and "Japanese EPC project management", so that all employees can understand the international architectural concept, advanced construction technology, new building materials... It has broadened its vision and pattern, and conducted in-depth exchanges on issues related to intelligent construction, industrial construction, green construction and project general contracting.




During the whole study tour, the students were enthusiastic, summarized and reviewed the daily trip, and gained a lot of safety management and technical innovation in lean construction. They also realized that every step of the construction process is indispensable, and refined management can provide new ideas and creativity for technological innovation.
