In August, the "European Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Exploration and Research Tour" planned by China International was a complete success. During this two-week intensive trip, Huazhi International led nearly 60 entrepreneurs and trainees across Europe and Africa, and went deep into 7 countries including Germany, Italy, Spain, and Morocco, and visited the Göttingen base, Bratislava European and African headquarters, and Spain's Phi4Tech Technology Group and Rabat "Gigafactory", visited Volkswagen headquarters, Volkswagen City, Ferrari factory and other intelligent manufacturing giants, and also experienced the rich cultural heritage of Europe. It not only gained a wealth of knowledge and insights, but also provided new inspiration for the future of China's manufacturing industry.

In order to allow every student to have a great experience without regrets, Huazhi International has made very adequate preparations before the trip.

From Bluetooth headsets to itinerary manuals, from student tags, luggage tags to emergency medicines, the preparation of every material reflects our ultimate pursuit of student experience. At the same time, in order to optimize the communication effect, we have carefully designed the AB group grouping, equipped with professional and experience, which shows the intentions of Chinese International. In order to provide a more personalized service, we also divide the students into two groups, AB, and have more service personnel to ensure that each student's needs can be responded to in a timely manner.

The core of this study trip is undoubtedly the on-site visit to the overseas bases of the trainee companies in Europe.

(Göttingen Base)

In Göttingen, Germany, the trainees first visited the Göttingen plant of the trainee company. Through in-depth field visits and practical exercises on the production line, I deeply felt that the production line of the Göttingen plant has a high degree of automation, and the automation rate of the whole line has reached more than 70%, of which the module process stage is more than 80%. As a special arrangement for this trip, the BBQ activities at the base also provided an excellent platform for everyone to communicate easily and further deepen their friendship.

(Slovakia base)

Bratislava, Slovakia, as the European-African headquarters of the trainee companies, demonstrated a new model of cross-border cooperation. Here, the participants learned how to integrate resources and enhance the global competitiveness of enterprises through international cooperation. At the same time, the support of the Slovak government and its commitment to the construction of the plant also provided the participants with valuable examples of policy environment analysis.

(Spain base)

In Madrid, Spain, the participants traveled to Phi4Tech and its Nanomate factory to discuss the progress of the cooperation between the trainee companies and Nanomate, and how to use Phi4Tech's resources and contacts to promote the cooperation to a deeper level. Phi4Tech is an energy technology group that operates from raw material extraction to storage projects and material design. The group is the owner of Europe's second-largest lithium mine and the only nickel mine, as well as the initiator of the largest storage and environmentally friendly capacitor plant project in Southern Europe.

(Morocco base)

The "Gigafactory" project in Rabat, Morocco is the first lithium battery gigafactory established by a trainee company in Africa and the Middle East. The trainees went to the Moroccan base office and had a detailed exchange with the Chinese ambassador to Morocco. During the exchange, the ambassador said: "When we come to this country, we must see, listen and talk more. In this way, we will find many, many cultural differences between the two countries, and only by seeing, listening, and talking more can we quickly integrate into them and discover new things. The ambassador also said that although Morocco is in North Africa, it is very convenient to access European and American resources, and the trainee company is the first Chinese sunrise enterprise to invest in Morocco, and the Moroccan government attaches great importance to this investment cooperation project and wants to build this project into an international star project. The ambassador's remarks were very encouraging. Then I took a car to the factory of the Moroccan project base for exchange, and the whole project basically covered the entire upstream and downstream industry chain of the battery, marking that the trainee enterprises have reached a new level on the road of internationalization.

From the Volkswagen headquarters to the Mercedes-Benz Museum to the Ferrari factory, every visit by a major automotive company is a pilgrimage to the spirit of industrial manufacturing. Here, the trainees not only saw the highly automated production process, but also learned how to integrate humanized management and innovative technology into the corporate culture to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.

During the intensive trip, we will make use of the precious time on the bus to organize a series of "bus hall" sharing sessions. Here, there is no boundary between the podium and the audience, every entrepreneur is a sharer, and every conversation is a spark of thinking.

At the graduation dinner, the students reviewed the gains and insights of this journey, and exchanged their experiences and future plans in the development of the enterprise. These valuable exchanges not only helped everyone consolidate what they learned, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. 

In addition to company visits and technical learning, this study trip also arranged a wealth of cultural experience activities. Experience the rich culture and history of Europe and Africa in depth. From visiting three of Germany's leading universities to the tranquil waters of Lake Zurich in Switzerland, every step of the way is a sense of medieval Germanic charm in harmony with nature.

First of all, we had the opportunity to visit Germany's academic mecca and draw on the profound wisdom of three top universities: the University of Heidelberg, the University of Göttingen and the University of Stuttgart. Heidelberg University is the oldest university in Germany, with the highest number of Nobel laureates in Germany and fourth in Europe.

The tour also includes a visit to the Habsburg Schönbrunn Palace and Vienna's Golden Concertgebouw to experience the luxury and artistic splendor of European royalty. Finally, the students explored the history in the ancient castles of Morocco and appreciated the majesty of royal power in front of the Hassan Tower. These cultural experiences not only enriched everyone's journey, but also added a profound cultural heritage to this intelligent manufacturing research trip, so that the students could not only learn professional knowledge, but also get spiritual nourishment and cultural edification.
