The London Stock Exchange (LSE) is one of the world's most famous stock exchanges, founded in 1773, located in London, England. It is one of the most international exchanges in the world and currently has around 2,000 issuers, more than a third of which are international issuers, operating in more than 100 countries. The London Stock Exchange uses the British Pound Sterling (GBP) as its trading currency.
